Website Add-ons

Add only the capabilities your business needs.

Your subscription determines how much ongoing website management SwiftNest provides. Editing access, forms, calculators, workflows and reporting are attached separately as Basic or Advanced add-ons with clear scope boundaries.

Management plan first. Optional capabilities second. Written approval before any chargeable work.

Clear commercial boundaries

Basic A$5. Advanced A$10. Custom work quoted separately.

The category is determined by the complete written scope—not merely the name of the idea. A quote form, calculator or CMS can be Basic or Advanced depending on its fields, rules, permissions and integrations.

Basic Add-on

A$5/month

One focused job

One focused capability using a supported SwiftNest pattern, with limited fields, rules and configuration.

  • One clear business or customer-facing purpose
  • One supported component or contained interaction
  • Straightforward fields, content, display rules or notifications
  • Limited configuration within the original approved purpose
  • Routine hosting, maintenance, compatibility care and ordinary fault fixes
Advanced Add-on

A$10/month

One contained advanced capability

One contained but more involved capability with multiple steps, controlled permissions, richer rules or structured content.

  • One clearly defined advanced workflow or content system
  • Supported multi-step interactions, conditional logic or calculations
  • Controlled roles, structured content or limited routing
  • One supported external-service connection where approved
  • Routine hosting, maintenance, compatibility care and ordinary fault fixes
Custom scopeSeparately quoted

Beyond the supported pattern

Work beyond the Basic or Advanced boundaries is assessed and quoted separately before anything begins.

  • Written discovery and technical assessment
  • A defined scope, pricing basis, responsibilities and delivery boundary
  • Customer approval before chargeable work begins
Pricing boundary: The published A$5 or A$10 monthly price applies when the add-on fits the relevant supported SwiftNest pattern and written scope. Material custom development, migration, third-party setup or work outside that boundary is quoted separately before work begins. No add-on or separately priced work begins until the customer approves the written scope and price.
Website editing options

Basic CMS or Advanced CMS.

Both options protect the website’s design and technical setup. The difference is how much content structure, access control and publishing workflow the business needs.

Basic Add-on

Within scope

  • One named editor

  • Short editor handover and routine support
Outside this scope
  • Layout or design editing
  • Multiple roles or approval workflows
  • Bulk imports, large content migrations or complex media management
  • Custom integrations, customer accounts or private content

Advanced Add-on

A$10/month

Advanced CMS

A richer structured-content panel for businesses needing multiple editable collections, controlled roles or a draft-and-publish process.

Within scope

  • Up to three named editors and two supported roles
  • Up to six approved content areas or collections
  • Repeatable records such as services, projects, staff, FAQs or announcements
  • Draft, review or controlled publishing options where supported
  • Richer validation, image handling, training and documented permissions

The examples below are grouped by their normal supported level. Final classification depends on the complete written scope.

AI and specialist systems

Some capabilities need their own scope.

AI solutions, paid models, customer accounts, ecommerce, complex databases and broader integrations are not automatically A$5 or A$10 add-ons. SwiftNest assesses privacy, usage, security and support obligations before quoting them.

What the monthly fee covers

Supported use—not unlimited redevelopment.

The recurring fee covers hosting, routine maintenance, compatibility care, basic monitoring, ordinary fault fixes and reasonable configuration within the approved original purpose.

A changed purpose, new workflow, migration or material rebuild is assessed again before work begins.

  • Add-on remains connected to the website
  • Routine security and compatibility care
  • Ordinary faults investigated and fixed
  • External fees recorded separately
  • Scope changes quoted before implementation
Add-on questions

Clear answers before anything is built.

What is a website add-on?

An optional capability attached to a SwiftNest managed website. Add-ons can help customers complete a task, help the business organise information or give approved staff controlled editing access.

How do add-ons relate to the subscription?

First choose the subscription that matches how much ongoing website management you want. CMS access, calculators, advanced forms, workflows and other capabilities are attached separately.

What makes an add-on Basic?

A Basic Add-on performs one focused job using a supported pattern, straightforward fields and limited rules. It does not include customer accounts, custom databases, complex branching, payments or substantial bespoke development.

What makes an add-on Advanced?

An Advanced Add-on is still one contained capability, but it may use multiple steps, controlled roles, richer content structures, calculations, conditional logic, routing or one supported integration.

What happens when an idea exceeds Advanced scope?

SwiftNest pauses and prepares a separate written scope and quote. Nothing begins until the customer approves the scope and price in writing.

Can the same idea be Basic or Advanced?

Yes. The category depends on the complete implementation. A short quote form may be Basic; a multi-step quote journey with calculations, uploads and routing may be Advanced or custom-scoped.

What is included with my website plan?

Every active plan includes the standard contact form. Other website capabilities are optional add-ons: Basic is A$5/month and Advanced is A$10/month when the request fits the published scope.

Can I edit the website myself?

Yes. Basic CMS provides a small controlled editing surface. Advanced CMS supports more content collections, named editors, roles and publishing controls. Layout and technical configuration remain protected.

Are setup fees included?

The published monthly price applies when the setup fits the relevant supported SwiftNest pattern. Material custom development, migration, data preparation, external-service setup or work beyond the boundary is quoted separately.

Can I add or remove an add-on later?

Yes. SwiftNest confirms the change, timing, scope and monthly-price effect before activating or retiring it.

Does the standard contact form cost extra?

No. Every active website plan includes a standard contact form as part of the website foundation.

Are third-party costs included?

No. External subscriptions, transactions, API usage and other provider fees are discussed and approved separately.

Does Google Analytics count as an add-on?

Basic Google Analytics 4 setup does not. Custom dashboards, conversion tracking or automated reports may be offered as add-ons.

Can SwiftNest recommend the right level?

Yes. Describe the result, fields, rules, editors and integrations you need. SwiftNest will classify the simplest safe level and explain the boundary before work begins.

Tell us what you need

Describe the result. We’ll classify the add-on.

You do not need to choose the technical solution. Explain what customers should do, what staff need to edit, and which rules, roles or integrations are involved.

The displayed A$5 and A$10 prices apply only when the complete request fits the relevant supported scope. Larger systems receive a separate written quote. SwiftNest confirms classification and price before work begins. Do not submit passwords, payment information, MFA codes or sensitive customer data.
