Start with the right path.
Management levels, optional add-ons, timing, payment boundaries and what SwiftNest needs from you.
What does each website package include?
Every active plan includes a professionally built website, one standard business domain, managed hosting, SSL and security care, backups, monitoring, supported maintenance, a standard contact form, basic analytics, appropriate Google Business Profile assistance and human support. Foundation Website is A$25 per month, supports up to five pages and includes three Small Updates per service year with standard support. Momentum Website is A$40 per month, supports up to ten pages and includes three Small Updates per month, one Larger Update per service year and faster support. CMS access and Website Tools are optional add-ons rather than plan inclusions.
Which SwiftNest package fits my business?
Foundation Website suits stable information and occasional changes. Momentum Website suits a larger or more active website that needs regular monthly content changes, one Larger Update per service year and faster support. Rani can confirm the best fit after a free review.
Should I request a free review or use Ready to Start?
Request a free review if you are still deciding what the website needs. Use Ready to Start when you can choose the closest management level and submit the onboarding essentials for human review. Neither route creates a purchase. Secure Stripe Checkout is issued later through the protected customer portal only after SwiftNest confirms the plan, add-ons and hosted billing readiness.
What happens after I choose a plan?
A person confirms the management level, page structure, update allowance, optional CMS or Website Tools, support, recurring price and written scope with you. The agreement, any required onboarding forms and secure payment arrangement are then completed before work is scheduled.
What happens after I begin the Ready to Start journey?
You choose a management direction and share the essentials for review. When you submit, SwiftNest saves one signup record and gives you a reference. Rani reviews the fit within 24 hours before any secure Checkout link is issued. The submission does not execute an agreement, process payment or activate a subscription.
What do I need to provide?
SwiftNest needs accurate business and contact details, your main website goal, intended customers, service information, approved wording, logos or images you are authorised to use, domain status, preferred timing, relevant account access arranged safely and feedback from an authorised approver. Never put passwords, payment details, MFA codes or recovery codes into public or onboarding forms.
How is the public template gallery used?
The gallery is a set of fictional, client-ready starting points rather than fixed themes. Browse the sample pages, choose the structure or visual direction that feels closest, and mention it in your enquiry. Selecting a template is not a purchase or a promise of identical results.
How long does a typical website setup take?
A straightforward website is usually prepared over roughly three to six weeks once the required content, access and decisions are available. Timing can change with page count, content readiness, revisions, domain or email work, migrations, CMS or Website Tool add-ons, third-party dependencies and approval delays.
How do payments, subscriptions and required forms work?
Submitting a public enquiry or using Ready to Start is not a purchase. After SwiftNest confirms the management plan, add-ons and written scope, staff can issue secure Stripe Checkout through the protected customer portal when billing is fully configured. Agreements and approved required forms remain separate protected steps.
Know what happens next.
Speaking with a person, support, changes, onboarding, hosting, launch approval and ongoing care in practical terms.
Can I speak with a person before I choose?
Yes. Rani can help before you commit. Use the free-review or contact form and say whether you prefer email or a phone consultation. Neither conversation creates a purchase without your written agreement.
What support is included?
All active plans include human support for ordinary website questions and managed-service help. Foundation Website has standard support, while Momentum Website has faster support. Separate work is quoted before approval or work begins.
When will SwiftNest respond?
Rani reviews new enquiries and customer requests during business days and confirms the next step or asks for missing information. A response target is an acknowledgement and assessment target, not a promise that every request will be completed in that period.
How do I request changes?
Send Rani one clear, consolidated list describing the outcome you need, grouped by page where possible, with replacement wording and approved images. SwiftNest classifies the request, checks the allowance and provides a written quote or estimate for any chargeable work before asking for approval.
What happens from onboarding to launch?
Rani confirms the information, responsibilities and approvals; Rowan directs the structure and technical build; SwiftNest prepares a private preview; you provide consolidated feedback; Rowan completes quality checks; and an authorised customer gives written launch approval.
Who hosts and manages the website after launch?
SwiftNest manages the hosting, SSL, security care, backups, recovery support, uptime monitoring and supported maintenance included in the plan. Your business remains the domain owner. Requested content changes follow the selected management allowance, while CMS access follows its agreed scope.
What happens after launch?
SwiftNest continues the hosting, backups, monitoring, maintenance and support included in the plan. Customer-requested changes use the plan allowance. Add-ons and extra work follow their agreed scope and written approval process.
Google Business Profile.
What is included, who owns the account and where third-party limits apply.
Is Google Business Profile setup included?
Yes. Every active website plan includes setup or reasonable initial optimisation assistance for one eligible Google Business Profile, separately from optional Website Tool add-ons. Your business must control the relevant Google Account and remains the primary owner. Google controls eligibility, verification and approval.
Do I need to give SwiftNest my Google password?
No. Your business controls the primary account, password, recovery details and multi-factor authentication. SwiftNest uses separate authorised manager access.
Will SwiftNest guarantee that my business ranks first?
No reputable provider can guarantee a particular Google ranking. SwiftNest focuses on accurate setup, complete information, appropriate categories and a strong connection between your profile and website.
What if my Google Business Profile is suspended or owned by somebody else?
Straightforward setup and optimisation are included. Suspensions, ownership disputes, duplicate conflicts and complex recovery work require assessment before we confirm the next step.
Professional email.
Mailbox, alias, ownership, setup and handover boundaries.
Is business email included?
No. Professional email is an optional add-on on every website plan.
What is a paid mailbox?
A paid mailbox has its own login, inbox and storage.
What is an alias?
An address such as info@, quotes@ or bookings@ that routes into an existing paid mailbox. It is not an independent inbox or login.
Can we keep our existing email system?
Usually, yes. We inspect existing mail records and agree the safest approach before changing a domain or DNS.
Who owns the email and domain?
The client owns the domain, email data and primary administrator identity. SwiftNest uses a separate delegated administrator account and never needs the client's daily password.
Can email be transferred away later?
Yes. The service can be transferred to the client or another provider using the documented handover process.
What does email setup include?
Provider confirmation, domain verification, mail records, SPF, DKIM, a suitable DMARC starting policy, mailbox and aliases, MFA guidance, testing and handover documentation.
What is excluded from standard email support?
Large migrations, regulated compliance, compromised-account recovery, computer repair, unlimited device support and complex routing are separately scoped.
Management, updates and add-ons.
How updates, CMS access, Website Tools, quotes and approvals work.
Why are SwiftNest websites affordable?
AI-assisted production, reusable systems and automation handle much of the repetitive work, while the subscription model spreads the setup cost. Rowan and Rani remain responsible for scope, communication, review, testing, approval, publishing and support.
Does AI build my website?
SwiftNest uses AI-assisted development as part of the production process. Rowan directs and reviews the technical work, and every website is tested and approved before launch.
Is the service fully automated?
No. Automation handles repetitive work, but humans remain responsible for scope, communication, review, testing, approval, publishing and support.
What is a Small Update?
A contained content change within an existing page or layout, using the current website features. For example, changing Christmas opening hours everywhere they appear or replacing a few photos in one existing section is one Small Update. Foundation resets annually; Momentum resets monthly.
What is a Larger Update?
A contained new page, substantial section or broader refresh within the website's current look and supported setup. Examples include one new standard page, a substantial new section, a complete new service, a simple landing page or a contained homepage refresh. Foundation does not include a Larger Update allowance. Momentum includes one per service year.
Can one update include several changes?
Closely related edits required for one clear outcome are grouped sensibly. Unrelated work does not become one update merely because it arrives in one message.
Does technical maintenance consume an update?
No. Supported technical maintenance, SwiftNest fault corrections, hosting, SSL, backups, security, compatibility, monitoring and routine performance care do not use customer update allowances.
What happens when I use all my included updates?
Additional standard website work outside the included subscription allowance is A$55 per hour, with a one-hour minimum charge of A$55. SwiftNest will review the request and provide a clear written quote or pricing estimate before any chargeable work begins. Work starts only after the customer approves the scope and price in writing. After the first hour, additional time is billed in 30-minute increments. If the need is recurring, a management-plan upgrade may be recommended.
Do unused updates roll over?
No. Foundation's three Small Updates reset at the beginning of each service year. Momentum's three Small Updates reset monthly, and its one Larger Update resets at the beginning of each service year. Unused updates do not accumulate or roll over.
What is separately quoted?
Major redesigns, ecommerce, payments, complex integrations, customer accounts, custom databases, large migrations, advanced systems and other complex work are assessed separately.
How do Website Tool and CMS add-ons work?
First choose the subscription that matches how much ongoing website management you want. A Website Editing Panel or CMS, quote tools, calculators, advanced forms, workflows and AI features can then be attached as optional add-ons. SwiftNest confirms the editable scope, permissions, support boundary and price before setup.
Can I edit the website myself?
Yes. A separately scoped Website Editing Panel can provide controlled options for approved pages, services, prices, staff, opening hours, projects, FAQs or images while protecting the wider design and technical setup.
Does basic analytics require a tool add-on?
No. Basic Google Analytics 4 connection is part of the standard website foundation. A simplified dashboard, custom conversion events, form-submission tracking, click-to-call tracking or an automated report can be added as an optional tool.
How long is the initial commitment?
Your service is billed monthly. To make the included website build or redesign sustainable, every new plan has a six-month minimum initial commitment. If you choose to end the service during those first six months, the remaining monthly payments in that minimum period are still payable. After the initial six months, you can continue month to month.
Terms, support and approvals.
Initial commitment, response targets, cancellation, ownership and publishing approval.
What does the response target mean?
It is the target for acknowledging and assessing a request during business days, not a guarantee that every request is completed in that period.
What happens if I leave?
We confirm the final service date, outstanding invoices and work, domain and account handover, website export and any separately scoped migration support in writing. Professional email can be transferred to you or another provider.
Is domain registration and renewal included?
Yes. Every active plan covers registration, renewal and routine management of one standard business domain. Your business remains the owner and controls the primary registrar account. Premium or unusually expensive extensions are discussed and agreed before commitment.
Who owns my domain?
You do. The subscription covers one standard business domain, but the domain remains registered to your business and under your ownership.
Will anything be published before I approve it?
No. Nothing is published without written approval, and out-of-scope work is quoted and approved before it begins.
