The important plan terms, visible before you enquire.
This is a plain-English service summary. Final GST treatment, cancellation details and any client-specific scope are confirmed in the written agreement.
Monthly plans and minimum term
Your service is billed monthly. To make the included website build or redesign sustainable, every new plan has a six-month minimum initial commitment. If you choose to end the service during those first six months, the remaining monthly payments in that minimum period are still payable. After the initial six months, you can continue month to month.
Management plans and add-ons
Foundation and Momentum do not bundle CMS access or Website Tools. Optional capabilities are separately scoped and priced. The standard contact form remains part of the shared website foundation.
Update allowances and reset dates
Foundation includes three Small Updates per service year and resets on each service anniversary. Momentum includes three Small Updates monthly and one Larger Update per service year. Unused updates do not accumulate or roll over.
Small and Larger Updates
A contained content change within an existing page or layout, using the current website features. A contained new page, substantial section or broader refresh within the website's current look and supported setup. Closely related changes may be grouped into one coherent update; unrelated work is assessed separately.
Technical maintenance
Supported technical maintenance, hosting, SSL, backups, security, compatibility, routine performance care and SwiftNest fault corrections do not consume update allowances.
Additional standard work
Additional standard website work outside the included subscription allowance is A$55 per hour, with a one-hour minimum charge of A$55. SwiftNest will review the request and provide a clear written quote or pricing estimate before any chargeable work begins. Work starts only after the customer approves the scope and price in writing. After the first hour, additional time is billed in 30-minute increments.
Complex work
Ecommerce, payments, customer accounts, custom databases, complex integrations, large migrations, advanced systems and other complex projects are separately assessed and quoted. Work begins only after written scope and price approval.
AI-managed website changes
AI may help interpret and prepare an approved website change, but deterministic SwiftNest rules control authority. Eligible low-risk changes may proceed after the customer approves an exact confirmation or preview and required safety checks pass. Sensitive, unclear or larger work remains subject to SwiftNest review.
Existing agreements
New public plans apply to future selections and agreements. Existing signed agreements, stored prices, historical allowances and activity records remain unchanged unless the client explicitly approves a change.
Customer approvals
A customer approves a specific change confirmation or preview, not a vague consent. Customers must provide accurate information and confirm they have permission to use supplied material.
Ownership
The customer owns the domain, business data and primary accounts. SwiftNest uses separate delegated access where available.
Cancellation and handover
The client owns the domain, business data and primary accounts. Handover and export are documented before exit.
